General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These general conditions of sale govern sales concluded between:

  • Luna Sens , a micro-enterprise registered in France in the process of being registered, whose head office is located at 60 rue François 1er 75008 Paris ,
    And

  • Any customer making a purchase via the website www.lunasens.com .

1. Products

The products sold are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred, Luna Sens cannot be held liable.

2. Price

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Luna Sens reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Validation of the order implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made by credit card via a secure platform.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier. In the event of a delay, Luna Sens will inform the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days to withdraw, except for intimate products, which cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene and safety , when they have been unsealed after delivery.

7. Warranty and Returns

In case of a defective product, the customer has 14 days to contact customer service. Returns are only accepted if the product is still sealed and unused.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.lunasens.com are the exclusive property of Luna Sens.

9. Data protection

Luna Sens is committed to respecting the confidentiality of data provided by the customer.

10. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
